Swiffer!

We have 3 sons. Max is our oldest and works as a mechanic for Ford in Charlotte after completing his education at Nascar Technical Institute. Andrew works with us at the bakery and is considering future bakery ownership. Grant is at East Chapel High School and is a bit of poet and loves video games. We also have two dogs: Swiffer and Scrappy.

We first fell in love with Great Harvest when we were dining at a friend's home and saw this massive, wonderful round of bread she called Dakota. We ate it and loved every whole grain bite. Now, we not only eat Great Harvest Bread, we bake it as well.

Martin loves music. His Ipod is his favorite earthly possession. He is particularly fond of the symphonies of Gustav Mahler and 70's Classic Rock. He also walked through California and wrote a book about the experience titled Walk With Me. You can check out more about his book on www.martinmccorkle.com.

Rebecca has a degree in piano performance from Wheaton College. She is the heart and soul of the bakery, overseeing the actual production of our bread. Rebecca also loves dogs.

We live in Chapel Hill. Great Harvest is a member of the Chapel Hill/Carrboro Chamber of Commerce and Martin is member of the Chapel Hill Leads Group (www.chapelhillleads.com).
