Cool It!
Hot bread must cool completely before you put it in the plastic bag, or it will become soggy. You won't like that. To reheat, warm in foil or toast plain. Never nuke it.

But Don't Chill Out!
Never put your bread in the fridge! It will really dry out. You won't like that, either. Besides, it will keep at least 7-10 days in its bag on your shelf!

Freeze!

Our bread freezes well. Just thaw in its bag.

ANY WAY YOU SLICE IT

A round loaf bakes better, so it tastes better. It's also easy to slice using our 'patented' method:
With a good serrated knife, gently "saw" the bread in a herringbone pattern:

Slice it thick or thin, depending on your mood.
